The C&L program started in 1973 to provide registered Polled Hereford breeding stock to ranches and farms in Wisconsin and the upper Midwest. Our program has evolved from those early beginning’s to what we are today. C&L Hereford Ranch produces industry cutting edge Registered Polled Hereford breeding stock that excel in carcass traits. Using all tools currently available enable us to provide documentation that support that basis.

Our interest and desire to develop, breed and provide genetics that will improve and move the Hereford breed’s genetic genomic value ahead is our goal. We get a tremendous satisfaction in seeing the improvement in our cow families and the use of our genetics in other programs throughout North America and the world.
